Maci is quite the party planner. She let me know last Sunday that she'd like a "Tangled" party- She wanted a cake with Rapunzel and Flynn Rider on it, she wrote down her birthday list (mostly Tangled toys and clothes), and included her list of people to invite. We did our best. We did an Angel Food cake with cool whip colored grayish/purplish to create the tower that contained Rapunzel, with Flynn Rider at the bottom. Of course, we had to put Rapunzel's hair up so it wouldn't get in our food, which kind of defeated the purpose for the whole theme, but oh well. It was fun, and it tasted good. And Maci liked it and that's all that matters. Happy Birthday, Maci! You're a Sweetheart and we LOVE you!
